Cooperative Purchasing

McGee Electrical Services is an awarded vendor through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) for Job Order Contracting. TIPS members can request commercial electrical contracting services through an established cooperative-purchasing process, subject to their organization’s purchasing policies.

Purchasing through TIPS

1. Confirm that your organization is a TIPS member and that cooperative purchasing is appropriate under your policies.
2. Identify your organization as a TIPS member when requesting a quote from McGee Electrical.
3. Follow your organization’s selection and approval process.
4. Create a purchase order that identifies the purchase as a TIPS purchase and references Contract 241001.
5. Submit the purchase order and vendor quote according to the instructions on our official TIPS vendor profile.
