McGee Electrical Services completed a ground-up electrical installation for the new Lexington Amenity Center, a premier multi-use community facility. Working alongside Fortress Facilities and Landon Homes, our team handled the complete electrical package for the new two-story structure and surrounding outdoor amenities.
The scope included dedicated power distribution and specialized branch wiring for the second-floor workout facility, administrative spaces, and broad interior lighting. Additionally, we provided high-capacity outdoor power and infrastructure for the extensive pool deck, pump equipment, and exterior security lighting.
