McGee Electrical Services delivered a comprehensive design-build electrical overhaul for SMF Horse Ranch to support new facilities and streamline property power distribution.
Working with the local electric cooperative, our team extended 3-phase power from an adjacent county road, allowing us to convert all existing overhead powerlines to underground conduit. We consolidated scattered, legacy feeds into three centralized services: a 400A 480V service dedicated to a massive indoor arena HVAC system, alongside a 1200A 208V service and an 800A service for surrounding facilities. Additional scope included a full electrical remodel of Barn 1, LED lighting upgrades in the tack room, and power distribution for automated entrance gates.
